Operation Relocation Update

Here is the state of things...

Horse - arrived this week... Bean had to scramble at 5pm on Tuesday to find it a place to sleep as her stable was locked (driver didn't call ahead... grrr). Bean's friends bailed her out,. literally, and let Beauty come to their house for a few hours. Isn't it strange - in Arkansas, I had 2 friends who could keep her for a night on a moment's notice. The horse is famous - the most exciting thing to happen in that part of Missouri in a long time. She came in "the biggest trailer we've ever seen - mighta been air conditioned." Yeah, she road in style, racehorse style. And she has the biggest feet anyone has ever seen.

8,000 pounds of stuff... loaded in a trailer, ready to be hauled.

Cats... they are in cat heaven which I imagine as a big yarn ball in the sky with unlimited food and water and no pesky humans to bother them, touch them, pick them up and say "here kitty kitty" to them.

Dogs... in the Jeep traveling across the country with 2 very happy people. Last known location, 80 miles outside of Lexington, Kentucky about 4 hours ago. They've been on the road since 6am ET. Their ETA is tomorrow.
